According to EverydayHealth, Reiki is now used by a growing number of Americans to help with relaxation, anxiety, pain management, and depression. In my experience, energy work transcends time and space. There is no distance in distant or virtual Reiki. I have found healing sessions to be as effective and meaningful as they are in person.
