This course will provide every-day tools and information to assist you living in a busy and energized world, with self-compassion while remembering who you really are, and why you are here. Learn to consciously live whole body, honoring both your soul and your body while recognizing and increasing your awareness of psychic gifts. Examining your body and soul energy patterns will allow you to increase your intuition, and to manage your energy in a balanced way.

Usui Reiki Level I
Awaken your inner healer. Reiki is an energy healing technique which promotes healing and relaxation. It is safe, and non-invasive form of energy healing that can be utilized to heal yourself and/or others. The technique includes gentle touch or even, no contact. Contact me with questions and I can walk you through the basics of reiki. Reiki practitioners utilize their hands delivering energy, which may improve balance of your energetic system supporting healing physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
No prerequisites for this class. You will receive a class certificate and will have the option to conduct reiki for yourself. Capped small class, and/or one-on-one experience.
Cost $150 (includes certificate). Payment due on confirmation of booking. 24 hours’ notice for reschedule, no refunds. Will need to purchase manual prior to class. Class offered on Zoom or in person.

Continued study, and students will be attuned for symbols. This class is a combination of lecture, discussion, and experience. Capped Small class size, and/or one-on-one experience. Some topics covered include:

You will receive a class certificate and learn to give attunements. Reiki III and VI are taught together, approximately 6 hours over a weekend including lunch and breaks. Students will be attuned for symbols with Reiki III and Reiki IV. This class is a combination of lecture, discussion, and experience. Capped Small class size, and/or one-on-one experience.
